This Acai bowl is so mouthwatering and so tasty and versatile.  It can be used as a breakfast option or snack or anytime fuel...low in calories and just the right ingredients...


  • 100 grams Frozen unsweetened Acai
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil virgin unrefined
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey.
  • 50 mls of filtered water
  • handful of granola (recipe in previous post) 


I used the Nutribullet.  Place the acai, coconut oil, honey and water. Blend until smooth.  Pour the acai into a bowl sprinkle the granola on top and enjoy.
