Many individuals prefer Gluten Free recipes therefore I have created this amazing one just for you.  Before we head to the ingredients, I would like to explain, what gluten is (from Latin gluten)! well gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, barley, triticale and oats.


  • 100 g of virgin Coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Sweeter Xylitol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • pinch of sea salt or pink salt
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup almond meal (home made with skin on)
  • 1/2 cup of Quinoa flakes


Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.  Place all the above ingredients in a big bowl, mix to combine.  Line a baking tray with grease proof paper, place the mixed ingredients into the tray, spread evenly. 

Place the tray in the preheated oven, cook the crumble for 10 minutes stirring occassionally until a browned colour is achieved.  Cool completely before storing in a sealable glass container.

Enjoy served with fresh apples or baked apples or any other fruit of your choice.
