This package involves a 2.5 hour consultation targeted to your needs/goals, an individualised eating plan, shopping list, cooking recipes and a "Love Food" cooking book. All fortnightly follow ups and support. This fee includes 12 months of fortnightly 30min assessments and guidance (supplements additional cost).
