Guilt free and great for a Pick me up time... the recipe unfolds.....


  • 6 medium sized apples chopped into four pieces, seeds off skin on
  • 5 tablespoons of rice malt syrup
  • 2 cups of Quinoa flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch sea salt


Place all the above ingredients in a food processor, process until just combined.  Place the mixture into a baking tray.  Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.  Cool cut and serve with a sprinkle of cinammon on top or a drizzle of pureed apple... enjoy...
