This dip is such a creation delivering impeccable flavours that will keep you and your friends coming back for more... Serve with chopped fresh celery, cucumber sticks and if you desire can also be served with brown rice crackers.
- 3 medium size brown onions (chop the tops off) leave the skin on
- 3 whole garlic bulbs (chop the tops off) leave the skin on
- 1 fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Pre heat the oven to 200 degC for 10 minutes.
Line a baking tray with some grease proof paper. Place the onions and the garlic. Bake these at 180 degC for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the tops of the onion and the garlic are like the picture. Once these are cooked peel the skins off. Place them in a food processor along with the remaining ingredients mentioned above. Blend until a smooth paste is formed..... Enjoy without guilt.
